Where to Buy our Ergotec products?

Our products are found and sold at our authorized distributors, online retailers, and online marketplace such as Tokopedia and Lazada.

Where can I see and try Ergotec products?

Our distributors display some of our products in their stores for you to try and also buy.


All of our office chairs come with a 2-year warranty for spare parts (e.g. mechanism, hydraulic, footbase, and mechanism).

How do I claim my warranty?

Depending on where you have purchased your Ergotec products, you should be claiming warranty to that distributor, as they will have details of your purchase. The distributors will then help coordinate with us to claim the warranty.

Who will repair the purchased Ergotec products?

For products purchased in Jakarta, Bekasi, and Tangerang, one of our certified technicians will come to your place in these three cities to repair your chairs.

For products purchased outside of Jakarta, Bekasi, and Tangerang, we will be providing spare parts to the distributors where you have purchased your items. Then they will coordinate with you to provide the necessary spare parts required for your items.

What is required to claim my warranty?

Please be sure to provide your warranty card (a circular tag attached to the bottom of the chair seat) and the receipt with a purchase date when claiming your warranty to your distributors. We will be requiring our distributors to provide us proof of purchase and the warranty tag.

What if my warranty has expired? Can I still get new spare parts for my chairs?

Yes, you can reach out to distributors where you have purchased your Ergotec chairs to find out more information on how to get new spare parts for additional fees.
